Finally I have decided to post a chicken recipe which is everyones favourite chicken 65 .I took this recipe fron Love to cook of shanaz raziq… she always have a wide range of non veg recipe… this is one such recipe which is easy and tasty too
The chicken pieces is marinated in mild spices then deep fried then it it is coated in spicy yoghurt mixture and cooked till the mix coats the chicken with the flavour of greenchilli and curry leaves.

- 500 gm boneless chicken
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp plain flour/Maida
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tsp redchilli powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp yoghurt
- 2 tsp redchilli powder/tikka masala powder
- 1/4 cup curryleaves
- 8 greenchilli slit
- oil

- Cut chicken into bite size cubes. Nd marinate with cornflour,plain flour,egg,lemon juice,ginger garlic paste,redchilli powder,soy sauce,salt for about 1/2 hr.
- Heat oil for deep frying and fry chicken pieces till done and keep aside.
- Heat some fried oil in a pan and add curry leaves and greenchilli.curry leaves , redchilli powder and mix well then add in yoghurt, salt and mix well
- When yogurt starts bubbling add chicken pieces to it and cook till yogurt is dry and chicken is well coated. This will take about 4 to 5 minutes.
- Serve hot as snacks or as a side dish.
